With both nations having already qualified for the last 16 of the World Cup, England and Belgium will battle it out for top spot in Group G in Kaliningrad.
Belgium appeared to be favourites to top the group following their 5-2 win against Tunisia, but England's stunning 6-1 win over Panama has moved them ahead of the Red Devils by the slimmest of margins - fair play rules.
Either side would top the group with a win on Thursday, but a draw would see the standings come down to either fair play rules - with England currently ahead with one less yellow card - or the drawing of lots should their disciplinary records end up equal after 90 more minutes of action.
